Tools & Eyes Open

Hi as a beginner to PhotoShop Elements how do I get all the tools to show on the left hand side of the screen & also I would like to be able to use open eyes  but not sure how to start. Any information would help.

    There are three editing modules. Quick, Guided and Expert. Click the Expert tab to see the full toolbox.
