Transfer of Data from ACDSee 9 Pro

NEVER buy an ACDSee product.  I did YEARS ago [ACDSee 3] and, when I asked about transferring the database to PS Elements 14 organizer, their  "support"  referred me to Adobe Supprt - who then referred me to ACDSee Supprt and, when I expressed concern, referred me to this forum.

Can anyone out there help me transfer the back up [with or w/o thumbs] or the database itself to PS Elements 14 organizer?  I have 50-60 thousand photos, lost 3 years of data due to ACDSee product, so I am a bit frustrated with my treatment so far.
