Transfer PE 10 from Windows to macOS

I plan to replace my old PC for a Mac. Since I have been using Photoshop Elements 10 for a number of years, I would like to transfer all my data to my new macOS computer. 

Can it be done?

I doubt that your old version of PSE will work on your new computer.
