trouble with photomerge in elements 12

I have been using elements 12 for a while to photomerge pics. recently I have had problems with it not working properly. I have deleted it and tried to reload but it will not reload. Has anyone got any idea's before I go and buy another make of software.

    Hi,

    Have you uninstalled PSE12 ? Please try after reinstalling it. and let us know if you face any issue while reinstalling.

    And if you are facing problem in Photomerge. Follow these instructions:

    Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Mac: Option+Command+Shift) immediately while launching the Photoshop Elements editor.  A dialog will come , click Yes to delete the file.

    Hi  I have uninstalled PSE12 but can not reinstall it when I try to open the files I get an error message       The file archive part of Adobe photo elements 12 is missing. You need all parts in the save folder in order to extract adobe photoshop elements 12 please download all parts. I have tried deleting and reinstalling several times but still get the same message.

    Hi,

    You can find installer of PSE12 at location: Download Photoshop Elements | 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

    Please Uninstall PSE12 from your machine  and download the installer from specified location and reinstall it.
