Try to reinstall my adobe elements 10 but says my serial number is not valid

Hi everyone,

I have to make a restoration on my computer then I lost my Adobe photoshop elements 10, I read it somewhere on internet that I can  re-install online from this page Descargar Adobe Premiere Elements 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 so I went download version 10 and run setup, but when the box ask me for my serial number I introduce one from my Adobe ID products but the box answer me is not a valid serial, what can I do?
