Trying to download Photoshop Elements and Premiere (MAC) but it freezes during install?

Long story short, just bought a new MacBook Pro and went to download Elements Photoshop and Premiere 14 using the links provided on Adobe download page, and it allows me to select download, however once it gets to the download folder, it won't complete the download and freezes only a few MB into the download.  Tried this 4-6 times with no luck.  I own the programs and have serials, but I can't even get to that point because I can't complete the download.
