Unable to access Elements15

i have been using Elements 15 very happily for 3  months but am now unable to use it. When I click on Photo Editor a pop up screen appears offering me a 30 day trial of a the product I already have and I cannot find a way past this. I do not want to buy anything else just use the product I have already paid for

    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Regarding the Sign In Dialog, which you are getting, Can you please confirm if you have signed out from inside the application i.e. Photoshop Elements Editor.

    To go inside the application, you can sign in with ID of your purchase and continue forward.

    Let us know if issue still persists.

    I can now get into the program but a warning comes up stating " the pattern file is bad or corrupted" which does not fill me with confidence.

    By pattern file, do you mean the serial number you entered while trying to license the product?

    It would be helpful if you can attach a screenshot of the same.

    You may have become signed-out.

    It should be possible to click Sign-in and then click the button “Licence this Product”

    Simply enter your serial number again.
