Upgrade to Elements 2019 but Editor will not open. [Duplicate. Locked.]

I upgraded to Elements 2019 but the Editor will not open. The Organizer opens as it should. I tried to re-install the upgrade and received error code 1. What should I do to properly activate the Editor?
