When can I contact online chat support?

I'm trying to contact customer service via their online chat yet it's not giving me the option:

I'm in the UK, it's currently 15:00 so their online chat should be up.

Monday through Sunday

6 am - 8 pm PST/PDT

=

1pm - 3am GMT

Yet I'm unable to open a chat window. Any ideas?

This is a user to user forum, not Adobe corporate.

If you are so inclined, post the problem that you have, and someone on this board may be able to help you. This way, you may not have to endure the vicissitudes of online chat.

I know this is the user forum. There is no other way to contact adobe support for me.

I was posting hoping someone would know when they open their online chat. For such a large company I'm surprised they don't have a contact email for support. Most other companies do...
