Help, my Elements program disappeared when my computer platform was upgraded and in its place is the Photoshop Express program. Do I have to reinstall the program and pay the full amount? Or, is there a process to reactivate the program and upgrade to the newest version?

    What was the last version you paid for?

    Can you launch directly from Program Files? Program Files (x86) on Windows or from Applications on Mac OS?
