Which Photoshop Elements 2019?

Question

Hi ........I am looking to purchase PSE 2019 but there seems to be a few different versions or descriptions available depending on where I look. Download.....Digital.....Boxed.......standard.......upgrade.......full....etc. so I dont know my best option as a casual user. I have PSE 2009 installed so should I upgrade or bite the bullet and get a new version. I have read some horror stories regarding problems with downloading,  Any advice would be appreciated.

They are all the same, with the exception that the disc version may come with both a PC and Mac disc, while the download versions are a single platform.

The "upgrade" is just a price discount for the full version - a marketing ploy.

You might find a non-upgrade version from an authorized online reseller or retail store that is actually less expensive than the Adobe upgrade pricing.

Each version of the program is independent.

You can have many versions of Photoshop Elements installed on the same computer.
