Will Organizer 2018 include Apple PHOTOS Libraries?

Elements Organizer is currently building a catalog of photos within my iMac. 99% of my photos and movies are located in PHOTOS Libraries in external HDs. The photos are all located within these Libraries. Will Organizer read these Libraries? I also have multiple Libraries which are all in the same folder in the external HD. There are over 40,000 items in these Libraries. I realize it should take a long time, a very very long time to build the catalog if it is capable of reading all the Libraries. What about duplicate items? Will it just show one like item or multiple like items?

It seems that this catalog is the backbone of Organizer Elements so it should work, right or wrong ?
