Ik kan niet de bewerkte foto opslaan in de elements edit versie 18 en Windows 10 1803

In de versie van 1709 werkt alles goed.

Is er al een oplossing voor het probleem met Windows 10 versie 1803?

Heb de computer nog steeds op Windows 10 versie 1709 ingesteld.

Hi,

     Can you provide the following information regarding your machine.

1. How much RAM does your computer has?

2. What OS build is installed on your computer ? For this type command "winver" in your search bar and press enter. and see what is written against OS build.

Mijn systeem is Windows 10 versie 1802

Ram geheugen 4 Gb

Adobe photoshop Elements 18 werkte goed vóór de Windows update naar 1803.

Please provide the following information to help in resolving your issue.

1. What happens when you try to save your edited photo? Does Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 closes itself or it does nothing and remains open. Please check whether some other files(for eg. with .tmp format) are created at the location where you are trying to save your edited photo.

2. In which format are you trying to save your edited photo ? For eg. .psd, .jpeg etc.

2. What OS build is installed on your computer ? For this type command "winver" in your search bar at the bottom of your screen and press enter and take screen shot of the same and attach it in your next reply. For eg.
