ADOBE ELEMENTS 2020 WONT ACCEPT MY POSTAL CODE I WANT TO PURCHASE THE FULL LICENCE

I ONLY HAVE ADOBE ELEMENTS 2020 TRIAL FOR 30 DAYS CAN ANYONE SHINE SOME LIGHT ON THIS.
