360 editing in Premiere setting start frame...

Im editing some 360 videos for use with Quest goggles.  I know how to set the initial start frame of the video for the viewer, but wonder if there is a way to "lock" the start point of coresponding clips within the video edit so no matter where the Quest wearer is looking with goggles they will see the chosen start point when video gets to new clip?
