Abobe Premier Pro won't let me drag the media file for edit

Abobe Premier Pro won't let me drag the media file for edit, I payed for the subscription but it does not work. I last used it 3 days ago and it was ok. Please help.

The panel you are trying to drag the file to is the Tools panel and thats why nothing happens. Go to Window > Workspaces > Reset to Saved Layout to get back to start. Now, drag the file to the Timeline panel.
