Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 can't read my HDD time machine

Question

Hello, Im using Premiere Pro on a Macbook Pro OSX 13.2 I have a few HDD to use with Premiere Pro but the one i want to use the most cause it has most storage has a Time Machine save on it and it doesnt appear on the left side, I can still create a New Project and save it on this HDD but I can't access it properly to drop and drap rushes for example, any help?
