Adobe Premiere Pro.exe-System error

When I start Premiere pro I get this : "The code execution cannot proceed because msvcr110.dell was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling adobe premiere. Also I downloaded and extracted the MSVCR110.dll file and copied to c/windows/ system32 and to  c/windows/sysWOW64. also I uninstalled and reinstalled microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable 10.0.4 and  microsoft visual c++ 2010 x64 redistributable 10.0.4. Anyone has any idea on how to solve this problem?
