Not sure what's causing this because in my settings, I have still image default duration set to 2 seconds. But when I add any image I get this insane length of 12 hours for the still image:

Has anyone else run into this issue? And if so, how do you fix this? Thank you in advance.

I just solved my problem and thought I'd post it here for anyone who runs into the same issue:

[1] Select all images that might have this issue and call up the "Speed/Duration" window:

[2] In the Speed/Duration window, make sure that the Speed/Duration chainlink icon 🔗 is disabled, then highlight the timecode:

[3] You can now change the Duration to whatever you wish:

[4] And you can do that to all the errant clips at once in batch fashion:

Ta da! Bada Bing! Problem solved, end of story, 😀

I just discovered that a bunch of images (including that one) that I imported into Premiere Pro are displaying a video duration of 12 hours in the browser window. I have no idea why that would be the case since these are still images. Has anyone run into this issue before?
