Audio Isn't Playing but my settings are right

Okay so suddenly and for no reason, my audio is not playing out of my imac speakers. 

Sequence track is not muted. 

Default output: iMac Pro Speakers.

My speakers are working just fine as iTunes plays out of them. 

I've tried sellecting The blackmagic device as my default output then switching back to iMac Pro Speakers. 

I've tried quiting and restarting Adobe Premiere Pro

I've tried restarting my computer.

nothing is working.

Does anyone have any ideas?
