Audio will only play if I start from the beginning of the timeline?
Over the years I have adapted to this glitch but I thought I would try again and see if I could resolve this issue.
The Audio will only playback if the playhead returns to the beginning of the timeline. If I have it on loop, it will continue along fine. But if I stop somewhere on the timeline it will play from where the playhead began to the end but when it returns to the beginning it will not play the audio until it reaches the same spot from where I had started it. I hope that is not too confusing the way I have described this problem.
It's only after I updated from Premiere pro 2019 did this happen, prior to that I never had this issue and that was over 2 years ago. The problem has never left.
There have been fresh reinstalls of Win 10 but the same problem remained.
My work around has been to constantly be hitting the Home key, even if I’m working somewhere else on the timeline than the beginning.
Thank you for your assistance.
J.
