Auto saves wont open - file format not suported

I've been working on a project and Premier Pro crashed, i tried to open the autosaves and non of them will work, no matter how far back i go.

I've been searching on Google and youtube to try and fix it for hrs now, I tried importing the file in a new project and its saying file format is not supported - please, can anyone help?
