because of updates

Hello,

I was creating a project on Premiere Pro 2023 and After Effect 2023. I am near the end of my project and it was all working smoothly. Then the update to 2024 of both Premiere and After Effect. It all started to get Spiral after the update. Linking media and all sorts. need to finish my project. anybody can help with this kind of workaround? I really appreciate any help you can provide.
