Boris sapphire plugin disabled after crash

My premiere pro crashed after using this filter and once it reopened it asked me if I want to disable the Z_Glow filter, but now it says offline and I don't know how to re-enable any of the Boris sapphire filters. Can someone tell me how to enable these filters?
