Bug warning in Premiere regarding an Nvidia graphics card

A new bug in Adobe Premiere has appeared when launching the program on a Hewlett Packard Zbook Firefly 14 inch. This is their top of the line business model. When launching Premiere, a black box appears saying there is a conflict with the graphics card. Here is the report. Look under Video.

Guess what? All Quadro/RTX driver versions from 528.89 to 529.11 have major bug issues with Premiere Pro which result in glitches. You will need to go directly to the Nvidia Web site itself (and please, do not use Windows Update for this driver update) and download the latest driver from there (driver 537.58 in the Production Branch or 545.84 in the New Feature Branch). You will need to completely uninstall and delete all traces of the 529.08 driver (if no Nvidia uninstaller is available in the Programs and Features section of the Settings window, then right-click on the Windows Start button, then click on Device Manager, then locate the GPU under Display adapters and then right click on the GPU name and then click on Uninstall device, making sure the box before "Attempt to remove the driver for this device." is checked) before installing the 537.58 or 545.84 driver. You will need to reboot the computer after uninstalling the bad driver, and then let Windows Update auto-download a default Nvidia driver before you install the new driver over the Microsoft default-downloaded one.

I should add that this is a new problem. I have been using Premiere on this laptop for about 6 months with no issues. The warning now occurs with the 2023 and 2024 versions of Premiere. The Nvidia driver is version 31.0.15 2908, with a date of 5/30/2023.
