So I have started to edit some highlights of a football match but I've forgotten to put in a timer for the game and I've already cut most of it.
Is there a way to copy the cuts from the sequence/clips and paste them onto another layer?
Want to avoid lining it all up manually...
(There is no layer I can replace with the timer)

In a new sequence, add the clock to the master clips, export as a new file then use 'replace footage' in the project panel to change the clean footage to the timer version. If the master is more than one clip you might have to export the 'timer' file in original clip sized chunks.
