Cannot create multiple audio streams for multichannel export.

Having some trouble on multichannel export. I'm trying to get discrete streams (Stereo full mix, mono DIA and VO, stereo M&E), but I can only get 1 stream with all my channels as mono. Timeline and output settings have been double checked and are correct. Sequence set to Multichannel with the calculated number of channels. Track types set accordingly. In Audio track mixer, output channel assignments are set correctly. But i only get 1 stream option when trying to export. Why can't i select multiple streams as seen in this scrteenshot (found from a tutorial)?

    Your settings are telling the program to put channels 1-8 on a single output track. Click that + sign below to add more output tracks and assign the channels accordingly.

    Plus sign is greyed out. That’s the crux of the problem.
