Captions are jumbled and missing words when I bring them into Premiere.

Hi

 

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck figuring out why captions sometimes come in jumbled and missing words. (See photo)

The captions when played in a video player are correct and this only seems to be an issue in Premiere.
