Captions have suddenly and inexplicably changed from Arial font to MyriadPro Regular

Hello

Yestrday I finished editing my latest short film. Teh captions were in Arial font. This morning, I opened Adobe Premiere Pro CC version 24.1.0, and all caption fonts have changed to MyriadPro Regular. I looked on this site to see how I could change them all back to Arial. I found this thread:

However, when I right click the in/out area, nothing happens. Please can anyone help?
