"Capture" window no longer available in v24?

Did Adobe remove the ability to capture DV footage in Premiere Pro 2024?  I can't find anything to specifically confirm this, but the window is definitely gone, for me at least.  Or is this a glitch/bug?

I still use it a lot for digitizing old tapes (at this point usually for friends and family).  I know I can always just keep the 2023 version on my computer as well, it's just annoying.

The "Edit to Tape" window is also no longer an option, so I assume they just got rid of this stuff altogether.  It's just weird that I haven't been able to find any info about those features being removed.  I assume I'm not the only one who still uses Premiere Pro to capture old tapes.

As a matter of fact they canceled the tape workflows in PPro 24.
