Certain areas of my video freeze after export.

I've exported 12 videos in Premier Pro in the last week. 2 of those video had a frozen section several minutes long at a random point. Because of the amount of exports and length of the videos (30min each) I don't sit and watch every video to catch this, nor has it happened ever before. 

What could cause a section to freeze in export?
