When I import HDR and cinematic videos with my iPhone 14, I can't solve the colometry problem even with rec 2020 footage.
and rec 709.
I'm looking for a solution to edit my videos.

This is ALL going through some major changes next week when 24.x drops as the New Premiere Shipping Version early Tuesday morning the 10th of October, first day of Adobe MAX. That's US Pacific time, of course.

As all color management settings will be available (as I asked several years ago!) in one panel, the new Settings tab in the Lumetri panel. Check out the 24.x public beta to see what you're going to be working in soon.

So what do you want to export to, Rec.709/SDR or HDR?

For Rec.709, in Project panel, set the clip color management Override-To option to Rec.709. Make sure the Sequence settings CM are working space of Rec.709, and use standard export presets that do not have HLG or PQ in the preset name!

For HDR/HLG workflows, make sure Premiere sees the clip (clip properties) as being HLG, if not, use that above mentioned Override-To option to set the clip to HLG. Then make sure the Display Color Management and Extended Dynamic Range where avaialble (the latter pretty much Mac only) are both "on", your sequence working space is HLG, the Lumetri scopes are probably 10-bit, and ... use only export presets with HLG in the preset name.

Oh, and of course, your monitor has to be capable of and set to HDR/HLG, and your OS display settings need to match.

The "auto log detection", which is a Project/Production level setting, and the auto-tonemapping setting, which is a sequence setting, can also affect this for certain types of media.

Everyone's mileage always varies ...
