Copy & Paste Attributes is Broken in v24.3

I was trying to apply some Lumetri adjustments from one clip on the timeline to the one right next to it. I had some outdated Lumetri effects on clip 2, so prior to pasting the new ones I right clicked on the clip 2, selected "remove attributes" and took off Lumetri. Then when I went to copy and paste from clip 1, nothing changed, the "paste attributes" popup didn't show up. I tried pasting effects onto the highlighted clip from the Lumetri panel, from the Effects panel, and every which way nothing would get applied onto the clip itself. I restated the project and all, still nothing.

Finally I gave up and pasted the Lumetri effect from clip 1 onto an adjustment layer on top of clip 2, the "paste attributes" popup appeared and everythign worked fine. Not sure if this is caused by removing attributes before pasting, or pasting attributes is just broken. 24.3 is yet another let down.
