Could anyone explain why this happens?

Hello, I've encountered some weird issues with Premiere Pro. Specifically, when combining an adjustment layer featuring "posterize time" and "strobe lights" with another adjustment layer incorporating "brightness & contrast" and "directional blur" along with some applied automation. I've tried to show the problem in this video, hopefully showing the effects I suspect are causing the issue. I'm happy to provide additional information if necessary.

Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I've already updated my Nvidia drivers to the latest studio version, and I've also tested exporting to rule out any preview glitches – however, the problem persists in the rendered version as well.

Many thanks.

Some effects don't do well used in adjustment layers. Especially trying to keyframe some effects in ALs can be problematic.

Perhaps selecting the video clips, then nesting, then applying the effects to the nest would work better. Rather than applying via AL.

Thank you for suggesting nesting! I nested the clips with the adjustment layer that had the strobe lights + posterize time effect and everything works now :).
