Crashes on HP X360 computer

Dear Adobe people, I have a lot of projects to submit. Especially since Monday when I open Premiere Pro it crashes and when I put effects on the track it crashes for no reason. I need a quick answer on this because I have to submit my works in 4 hours and it would be nice if you could send me an answer in 1 hour.

    Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
