Custom Settings Resetting on Launch

Premiere Pro 2024 keeps resetting my customized settings. I notice after launching the app when my keyboard shortcuts, sequence presets, custom workspaces, and other settings are gone. I think it's resetting when the app updates? This never happened for me with v20 through v23. 

 

I'm currently using v24.2.1 on macOS Sonoma v14.3.

    Your permission settings aren't allowing the latest Premiere to write to disc. Or there's another screwup going on.

     

    Hold a modifier key down on launch, dump all cache files. If that doesn't work use the CC app to uninstall/ reinstall Premiere.

     

    If that doesn't fix it, go to your permission settings.
