Effect not applying

Hi, i'm completely confused with this.

I have a time line with various graphics and video clips with effects applied, ive added another video clip to the timeline and need to apply position, scale and opacity effects.

ive added these to the start of the clip but when i try to apply towards the end of the clip nothing is applied.

Where should i be checking please?

Difficult to tell how you keyframed.

Can only check the opacity with is set to 100% on Day Two mp4.

I see timeremapping; nest clip then apply the parameters.

Does time remapping affect it?

When you say nest do you meen all the layers? i need to keep them apart.

No just the one with the timeremapping.
