"Error compiling movie Import error"

Hi experts!

I ran into this problem for the first time ever and I dont even know where to start.

I tried Google it and tried two suggested fixes that didnt work. First was to send the project to Media Encoder instead of trying to export in Premiere. I also tried un-checking two boxes that someone suggested that I cant find the picture of right now...

Please help!

What is happening on the timeline at the timecode listed?

Is there enough free hard drive space on the export drive and the system drive?

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.

If it helps, this was the first time trying to mix different types of framerates in the same timeline. But I fixed that as youre supposed to by marking all clips and right click and choose interpret and then I choosed Premiere to interpret all footage as the lowest (25 fps).
