Export custom effects

Hey everyone I am just looking for a wee bit of help. I recently got a new PC and moving everything over slowly but surly and i realized that I have no idea how to take the custom effects I have and export them so i can import them again on my new PC.

Is this possible? and does that make sense?

nevermind I found it. Its a weird thing to google because most of the results want to show you how to save export settings etc
