Export Window does not recognize In and Out points

So, I had to reset my preferences in Premiere Pro because the Export window was not opening. I fixed that. But now, the Export window does not recognize my In and Out points and I have to go in and manually set the In point and the Out point in the Export Window. I waited all night long for 4 files to export, each one about an hour long,  only to wake up in the morning and see that Premiere Pro exported the same file 4 times. 

Please fix! This is a huge time waster. Thank you.

When you export, with your In and Out points on the timeline, and if you set the export to export Sequence In to Out, does it export it?

    Hola, quizas sea solamente la selección que estas usando, por defecto Premiere exporta toda la linea de tiempo, y debes seleccionar IN - OUT como indica la foto.
    Espero sea solamente eso.
