Exported video: Only top half of screen shows

When I export my video, the bottom half of the video doesn't show on the screen. It's just black.

I know I've fixed that in the past on my old computer. It's under the video drop down menu when exporting.

But my new computer doesn't have those settings saved.

Any help?
