Having Problem in exporting video in h.264 format the video exports and i get green screen

In fact even in obs studio i cannot use nvec h 264

is it that the h.264 encoder decoder is corrupted if so i cant find a way to fix it

If you are using a Nvidia card with the 551.61 studio driver, update driver to 551.86.
