Having to re-install a font every time I want to use it

One of my projects uses the Effra font family and I've installed it via Creative Cloud.
The font is listed in Creative Cloud as being installed.

However, when I launch a PP project or an AE project, that font appears in the list as [Effra]
I've learned that indicates the font doesn't exist (or at least Adobe remembers it exists but can't actually access it)

My solution has been to uninstall the font in Creative Cloud and then reinstall and relaunch the program.
But that's not ideal, as I'm having to do that multiple times a week!

Anyone know what I need to do to get the Adobe programs to see this font consistently?
Currently using PP 23.5.0
Creative Cloud 5.11.0.522.1

If an Adobe font is misbehaving, I download a free version from the internet and install into the OS.

So simple, it hadn't occurred to me

Thank you, that seems to have done the trick.
