Help me 2 issues !

In the past, while editing with Premiere Pro, I used to have a feature resembling an endpoint that I sensed during the montage, as demonstrated in this video. Additionally, when employing the "Cut tool," there used to be a marker indicating the correct cutting location. However, I am currently unable to perceive or locate it. What might be the issue?
