How can i paste text on screen in PR or can i?

This might seam like a super newb question but i was just wondering in premiere is it necesairy to type out the on screen text or is there any way to actually paste copied text on screen... Thank you

    Using the Text tool from the Tools menu, just click on the screen and paste. Or you could click on the screen and draw a box, then paste.
