How to export sequence presets from PremierPro, from a MAC, to share with others to use?

How to export sequence presets from PremierPro, from a MAC, to share with others to use?

I am literally lost as to how to do this. I have downloaded sequence presets that others have made before. However, am wondering now how I can export my presets for others to use on our team.  We all use MACs.

    Menu File / Export / Media...

    Click on the Save Preset button to save an .epr file.

    Send the file to your friend and tell them to press Import Preset. Maybe it's a good idea to paste it in the path I show you from Adobe Media Encoder so that it stays in the Presets list.
