I deleted all my media cache to save space on my computer and lost all the video files for my projec

Title explains the issue. I can go back and link the audio to the original clips but the video won’t show up. No matter what I do: redownloading clips from phone, duplicating clips, I can’t seem to get the video back. What do I do here? I deleted the footage within premiere pro, and I still have the footage in my finder, but whenever I attempt to drag the footage off the finder onto my timeline, I only get the audio. Thanks in advance.
