Insert vertical smartphone video into FullHD Sequence

I just started a new sequence with videos made with Sony ZV-E10 (FullHD 25fps) and some others made with my smartphone (FullHD vertical 30fps) but impossible to insert smartphone footages into the sequence. Any idea ? I joined the properties of the footages.

I tried what you suggest but still not working. After a while, I saw the "Source patching for inserts and overwrites" was disabled by default. Now it works. Never happened in the past so sorry and thank you for the tips.

Many users are having issues with VFR. The file is Variable Frame Rate. Use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:

Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:
