Installed CS3, Premier did not install

I purchased CS3 in 2017 and it has worked in both Windows 7 and in Windows 10. I had to replace my PC and ran the original setup program on my new PC (Win 10), and all of the components install except Premier. I ran the setup program again and checked the list of components to be installed,  and Premier was not in the list.

I don't know about your specific problem with Premiere, but unless you have one of the special activation-free installers and keys that Adobe briefly made available to licensed users as downloads when they killed the activation servers, no CS3 components will work on a new PC beyond the 30 day trial period.

So the fact that I purchased CS3 means nothing? I did not purchase a subscription, I purchased software from Adobe, which did not have an expiration date. I would not have purchased it otherwise.
