Question
Issue rendering to H.264 in Premiere Pro 24.2.1
Hi, there!
Since I updated Premiere Pro to version 24.2.1, there have been crashes when rendering video to the H.264 (.mp4) format. The rendered file distorts the entire image. I have updated both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. I used both the Export option within Premiere and Ctrl+M to do it from the Media Encoder. And the problem occurred in both. The GPU driver (NVidia) is up to date. I rolled back to the previous version of Premiere, but the result persisted. The only solution was to render to the .mov extension and then use conversion platforms and programs to be able to render to mp4 with the quality and portability necessary to deliver my jobs. Could anyone help with this? Adobe, please, any fix for this issue?
